CARE-have care for yourself and all others.
HOPE-believe that Jesus is our HOPE. Share the HOPE of Jesus with others.
PRAY-take time each day to talk and listen more to God. Encourage others to do the same.
Throughout Lent resources and parish events will be published on the Diocese website and on their social media channels on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.

Weekly Assemblies
There will be assemblies, one for each week of Lent, led Bishop McKeown, Fr Paul Farren and Fr Patrick Lagan
Weekly Reflections
There will also be short two-minute reflections from a variety of guest speakers
Guided Meditation
On each Monday of Lent at 11.15am, Therese will lead Guided Gospel Meditations, for children, from the Catechetical Centre Webcam via this link
