Primary 1 and 2 have been learning about money. Today they went to the local shop to purchase some supplies for Easter week. Each group of children got a shopping list and some money to buy their items. They worked together in a team to select their items and count out the correct amount of money. Thank you to the staff of Day to Day for their patience. The children must be commended for their exceptional behaviour which was noted by many other customers. A huge thank you also to John, the delivery driver for Brennans Bread, who supplied the children with free bread for their eggs on toast and he also bought each child a bag of crisps.
